Distinct microclimates are created on the two levels of the venue. The first floor sales and cafe space is skinned with materials taken from the wine making process including cabinetry and floors of white oak and an undulating cork ceiling canopy. It is a more public space related to the process of wine making. The second story utilizes intimate circular booths, exposed brick, a vibrant ceiling cloud and elevated DJ booth to create a more intimate experience zone. White resin counter surfaces are used throughout to maximize visual experience of the wines being consumed.
